Overall experience was quick shipping and good product, my #1 reason for purchasing was for the swivel seat option that I was under impression the new STR7 model had and found out it didn't after I had purchased. Still keeping it but would love to see that swivel option for when walking outdoors against wind

After months of research on other tricycle stroller I came down to buying this one and I don't regret it. BUT I wish i can give this 5 stars but i think its over my own preference. I purchased the black stroller tricycle, and i wish i would've purchased the red or blue ONLY because in the hot weather the seat gets HOT since its made of leather. I did not think of this when i bought it, i only got it because i love black (Lol). I have to put a small baby blanket on it. Also, the canopy only covers my child's head and not the body. The foot rest gets very hot in the hot weather, my son don't like putting his leg up because of that reason. It doesn't turn very easily but it does swivel easy. Overall, I love that it folds, i had trouble figuring it out how to fold it w/o any trouble but i got it! My son loves it, he sees the trike and wants to get on. Lightweight and i can take it anywhere. Keeps me from wanting to take out the big stroller. so thats a plus! Sorry for the summary LOL. heres my son enjoying the trike!!

My son loves riding around his trike. Won’t go in his stroller anymore. We bought the str 7 and it’s perfect for everyday outings. Only problem is he can’t really sleep in in so no napping on long walks.

My baby loved it ! And so do we (Parents). It’s easy to handle and fold . It takes a few steps to fold it but it’s simple . I love how compact and easy it is to handle . It’s comfortable for baby too !

My son and I love ours great alternative if you don’t want a plain umbrella stroller situation. It is very light I carry up and out of subway stations easily andnim a tiny person at only 4’11. My only complaint is that the canopying mine will not stay on. It came with the plastic part broken and I thought it would still work but it doesn’t and my son hate the sun in his face so it is a real bummer . I don’t know if I can get a replacement but I haven’t heard back from costumer services yet. Other than that amazing purchase

My 14 month old daughter absolutely loves riding in this. She grabs the handle bars and thinks that she really steering. It folds up smaller than my normal stroller. I wish the bag in the back was larger like the other models, but other than that, I think this is great. We stay in a very hilly neighborhood, so portability is a must for us to go to the park.

Love the trike, my8 month old is so much more entertained by this then his stroller and I love that I can push it with one hand. Only down side is it doesn’t turn to face the parent like I saw online and that was a main reason I picked this trike and the canopy was broken, they are sending me a new canopy which is awesome and they helped out really quick with that but I am still very disappointed about it not turning around and the website is a bit misleading on that.

Now that I saw my recipes I noticed I didn’t receive the hinges to hang items from the trike. It was advertised with a promo for Presidents’ Day. But!!! I love it. I just hate the fact that it’s not easily foldable. I would wish for it to be simpler.

Excellent! We received our Smartrike in a week. My grandchild loved it n quality was excellent. Definitely a five plus star.

My little one loves getting on his trike and hates when he has to get off. I love that it's like a stroller without all the extra bulk.

the product was easy to assemble but difficult to fold. There are no reliable tutorials to teach users how to fold smartrike properly. We are considering returning because it is not convenient.
