Our core/original line of Multi-Vitamins (those with Omegas sourced from fish oil), have -in the past --included a gelatin that is derived from pork (porcine) - however - we are now currently producing these formulas with a bovine (beef) gelatin. We include gelatin for the sole purpose of encapsulating the Omega 3 fish oil in these formulas. The base of all SmartyPants gummies is pectin. As we move to using only beef gelatin, we are always happy to look up the LOT# of your particular bottle to determine the gelatin source for you. For those seeking vegetarian or vegan options, we offer our Organics line of Multi-Vitamins - which are Certified Vegetarian (with Omegas sourced from organic flax seed oil); our Walmart Exclusive Multi Line (which do not include Omegas) - and our new Immunity Formulas ---each of these gummy vitamin options do not include gelatin.
