There really aren’t many good vitamin options for teens on the market. Tons for kids, but when looking for a multi for growing teens, there are only a few products from major brands with not the best ingredients. SmartyPants had the best formula, but the Teen Guy version tastes awful (like artificial fruit flavor trying to disguise the taste of squash baby food) and it takes four gummies for a full serving. I couldn’t blame my son for not wanting to take them everyday. When I stumbled upon this particular formula for Teens in lemon creme flavor, I was so excited. They tasted great and a full serving was only two gummies instead of four. My son was actually reminding me that he should take them every day. We had finally found a quality multi-vitamin that he could stick with through his teen years. But of course, after we purchased our first bottle, we learned they are being discontinued. And replaced with another Teen Girl formula. Why?? :’(

She likes that is not chewy and no after taste as well. I like the quality of the ingredients and that is not sugar coated. Smarty Pants is an excellent brand that uses premium ingredients. My teen loves the flavors. They come in cherry, orange, and lemon lime. The gummies are fresh, soft, and easy to chew. They are by far the best vitamins I have given my teen. I highly recommend Smarty Pants teen multivitamins!
