It was a crowd pleaser at my house and if you have not yet tried this product by Smithfield I highly suggest you run out and grab one you will not regret. I slow cooked mine and let it rest 15 minutes before cutting and it was perfect...

That’s a nice serving suggestion. I absolutely love the texture. It’s very delicious and tender and it’s very clear that the meat will be a little tender in the inside after you cook it. Package is very easy to open and it very easy to see how the meat look inside and the date is clearly visible.

It’s a healthy dinner when I prepare with it with vegetables like a colorful array of peppers and I baked it in the oven. The packaging keeps it fresh for a good amount of time but also doesn’t take up too much room in the fridge or freezer. I highly recommend!

It was simple to cook in the oven, but I did need to cook longer than suggested on the package due to the temperature not being high enough, so definitely use a thermometer. 2 pieces were larger than I needed, so this could have fed 4 of us!

The cook was straight forward I just put it in the oven covered and I paired it with oven roasted red potatoes. We love bacon in this house and this didn't disappoint! This had a great smoky taste and the pork was very moist. The family loved the taste!

This pre-seasoned pork loin was super easy to prepare and small enough in size that it didn't require much in the way of planning to enjoy it. I roasted as instructed on the package in my convection oven. My whole home smelled like a Tennessee BBQ pit while it was cooking, causing my mouth to water in anticipation. I served with mashed potatoes. The meat was moist, flavorful, and very delicious. I will certainly. be getting this again!
