Nothing hatched, I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing because it seems like this is a common problem. I followed directions, it's been weeks and I've seen nothing. I have experience with seamonkeys so I know how to look for newly hatched little critters, but saw nothing. I bought this kit a few months ago so probably can't return it but I might still try. I only waited because when I initially opened it the instructions said they need to be warm so I figured I'd wait until summer.

Followed all the steps exactly as written and none of them hatched, so I tried again with the second half of the eggs and still nothing. Not sure why but it seems to be multiple people with this issue?

Much like the other reviews… my eggs did not hatch. I tried both halves as instructed and neither were successful. Save the money and buy the original Sea Monkeys.

None of the eggs in the kit hatched. I actually bought two separate kits; this one, and a one from a different company. The one from the the other company had eggs that hatched in less than two days, where this one did not have any eggs hatch at all. The kids were in the same room, they used the same water, etc., but only the eggs from the other kit hatched; this kit was a dud.

I basically PAID for disappointment. Like so many other reviewers have said, NOTHING “hatched”. This was a holiday gift and we monitored our tank for nearly a month. I chopped it up to a life lesson for myself and my kid :(

I bought 2 kits, followed the directions perfectly, used a desk light and thermometer with an alarm on it to keep the water temp right and the eggs never hatched with 4 different attempts! Very disappointing!

We followed specific directions, down to putting a thermometer in the water to ensure correct temperature - nothing ever happened. Don’t waste your money or disappoint your kids - wish I could get a refund.

We bought a set, super excited to hatch some triops. We gave it almost three weeks and absolutely nothing, we followed every step perfectly. We even went and bought a SECOND set to see if maybe there was an error. Again, nothing. Super disappointed.

my son was excited to get this kit and watch his sea monsters hatch. we followed all of the instructions and days later nothing... we waited a week later- still nothing. two weeks later it was clear there was no life in the water so we dumped everything out - very disappointed :(
