Does not taste like strawberries

The only thing that reminds me of strawberries is the red dye 40. The flavor did not. I thought preserves had pieces of fruit but I could not find a single piece of strawberry. It did not taste good. According to healthline.com red dye 40 is a “synthetic color additive or food dye made from petroleum”. The flavor does remind me of that. I generally like smuckers but the sugar free options are worse than I cold have imagined.

I have been buying this for years. I much prefer this to the sickeningly sweet jams and jellies out there. It is remarkably good for only 5g carbs per serving. If you prefer something sweeter, you can always buy something with added sugar.
Gross.

Accidentally bought this. Disgusting. Why is there red 40 in a jam? So unnecessary. Also tasted so artificial it's disgusting. Made the mistake of thinking sugar free and no sugar ADDED were the same thing but there's like nasty artificial sweetener In here.

I pretty much like the sugar free products. I just wish it was cheaper and available in larger sizes. Also make the preserves resemble real preserves, not just jelly.

I thought this despite the bad reviews, DONT BUY IT. It’s sooooo nasty, so artificially sweet, it tastes like poison and has a weird consistency. Absolutely not

I’ve tried this jam on 2 or 3 trys because it would help calorie count. But it remains so bad that I’ve returned the jar each time to the store for refund. Can’t really describe the taste well, but not strawberry jam. More like thick paste or glue. Unless you’ve already adapted to this product, don’t waste your money and time.

They're the best sugar free preserves on the market in my opinion, and they don't taste artificial. Actually taste better than the preserves that are full of sugar. A little high priced, but you get what you pay for. We really like the strawberry, but the other flavors are just as good.

The flavor is off, but the texture is more like that of yogurt. This is inedible, in my opinion. It went from first bite to the trash in 30 seconds. Sorry.

Dear god no, just get regular jelly like a normal person. This things horrible. It ruined my pb&j experience, would not reccomend. I often find regular jelly too sweet so I thought I'd give this a try. Do not try. Don't do it, take it out of your cart.

I don't mind low sugar or zero sugar products, but this one really let me down. There is really no taste at all and the texture is a bit strange.
