My kids love these pretzels they’re really great snack to give the kids. These are also gluten-free, which is ideal would definitely recommend these. They go out of stock quickly. That’s my only complaint.

Let me preface this by 1st saying that I do not have a gluten allergy. However I find that the gluten free pretzels have a better crunch and flavor. These have a great honey mustard and onion flavor without tasting super artificial.

One star because they taste good and the other for the instant laxative effect. It’s not just me. Everyone I have given these pretzels to as an experiment after my own instant diarrhea has had the same response… eat a pretzel, wait less than 5min and experience the grumbly guts that signal an impending explosive episode. I initially thought this was a great mid-day snack, then spent the next hour long meeting waiting for the point when I wasn’t needed and could go off camera to violate my bathroom. Eat at your own risk 1 or because you’re constipated.
