I hate the hassle of making a sleepy girl mocktail and don't like to take melatonin either, so I was eager to try this as an alternative. It eased my mind without completely knocking me out–shoutout to Magnesium–which helped me fall asleep easier and get a great night's sleep!

My mind and body don't stop. A friend told me about this new product that they found at target. I was skeptical at first but figured if it tastes good i Have nothing to lose. Transparently I didn't try this for sleep. I wanted to calm my mind and feel some relief in my body. I don't know if it's placebo effect within about 30 minutes I felt calmer $ more relaxed through my mind and body. In any case, it taste awesome. I will be coming back for more. My old carpentar body and anxious mind thanks you.
