Q: Hello, is this supposed to come unsealed when you buy it? I ordered mine online and it didn't have a seal, and seemed like there wasn't nearly as much product as there is in the picture.

The texture is just right, definitely thicker than lotion but not too dense. It is easy to apply and a little bit goes a long way. The scent seems strong when you open the jar. But once applied the scent is light and subtle. I am very happy how with how well it moisturizes. The part I don't like is the lack of plastic seal either around the lid or inside the jar. I opened mine when I got home, only to find that a large chunk of the product was already gone, like someone had scooped it out. I returned to the store right away to exchange for a new jar. This lack of tamper-proof design is unsanitary and annoying. I had to open multiple jars to find one that was untampered with.

Dislike that it's not a sealed jar. When I arrived the appearance of the jar looked good.But upon opening the jar the body butter was smeared in the threads of the jar lid. As if someone had opened and used the product. Did they have? Clean hands I don't know, I just don't like paying full price for something that may have been used. And hopefully not contaminated.

I’ve been using this body butter for years. It’s always been thick and very moisturizing. This is now (essentially) just the thinner lotion in a jar. Don’t advertise and package this as body butter because it’s just the same as the lotion in the tube. Please bring back the original thick butter. This is extremely disappointing.

I bought this for the first time maybe a month ago. I bought a new today, and my fingers sunk into the cream. It was really thick and moisturizing. Now it’s thinner and doesn’t work as well. I’m so disappointed. I JUST discovered this product, and now it’s already gone

I wish the scent of this amazing body butter also came in a shampoo. I get so many people ask me what perfume I'm wearing and they are surprised when I tell them it's a moisturizing body lotion! The smell is awesome!

I purchased this on a recommendation from a friend and wow, what a great friend. I live in the desert so alligator skin is common. I used it once on completely dry skin and what a difference!! My legs stayed silky smooth for days. Now after a shower, before my skin is completely dry I apply a small amount and right back to that baby softness! Highly recommend this product.

I've been buying the body butter for years and it's always been lovely and thick but now it's just lotion, runny, thin lotion that doesn't moisturise as well. If your going to change the product you need to change the name to reflect that. Awful, won't be buying anymore. Only giving it 1 star because I had to.
