Shipping a disaster, sent wrong color, target customer service couldn’t have been worse, no accountability for 3rd party sellers. The shipping experience was a disaster- it was delivered well after the stated delivery date, even after the multiple business day “grace period” target allows (without stating so). After days (and hours) or working with target they assured me the order had been cancelled because we would not be at the property to accept the order. Order was delivered anyway with no one there to refuse. Property manager was the only one doing his job (too well!) and got it into our house. Well, they delivered green instead of brown. It’s a vacation property so by the time we got back there the return window had passed. Target was horrific during the entire ordeal- horrible communication (could have avoided entire issue if we knew order wasn’t cancelled and could tell the property manager to refuse delivery!!), days of needing to call back for them to be able to reach & coordinate with shipper, then when I found out it was the wrong color they said it wasn’t their problem and hung up on me. So now I have a chair that was never even supposed to be delivered in the wrong color and I had to pay to get it into the house and will have to pay to get it removed. And I can’t ever buy anything from target again. It feels like they just dumped their trash furniture on us- maybe they didn’t have right color in stock (brown is now sold out, green on clearance), couldn’t deal with logistics and their no accountability arrangement with target enabled their atrocious business practices.

We were concerned it would have a chemical odor, but it did not. Wish it would have been available in a little taller (seating) height, but it was as described and fit in the area we needed it to. The material was nicer than we expected. Arrived very fast, was as described.
