yeah, I agree with the reviews that says it smells like men's aftershave/cologne. I nearly passed out from the smell. That's the last time I send someone to get handsoap for me! I'm flushing this down a gopher hole today. It does wash well but you can still smell it after 30 seconds of washing with water.

I bought the citrus scented and thought it was too strong smelling, so I thought maybe this one would be less lethal smelling, but no. It smells awful, kind of like the terrible colognes that teenage boys wear. Yuck. I hate it.

So I made 2 separate very different purchases which both happen to have the same scent smell for me. This hand soap, and a polo Ralph Lauren cologne I got for my son. I saw a previous review which states that the hand soap brings an “ old man smell “ I can’t deny that, they both smell like my grandpa. Which is so calming and nostalgic for me. My son LOVES the smell after a while when the strong scent dissipates and evens out into the more neutral tones. I think I’ll be getting more of this soap in the future

This smells like a 1970s old man cologne, which isn’t what I want my clean hands to smell like. I also feel like it doesn’t lather well or seem to leave my hands feeling super clean. I will finish the bottle but won’t be rebuying.

I got this soap without reading the reviews, and I am so glad I didn’t because some people say it smell like men’s cologne. As a women, I don’t think it smells like cologne. I feel like if you use too much or don’t wash your hands for more than 30 secs, of course you might leave a stronger scent on your hands. I recommend to use a fair amount of soap that would latter your hands, avoid using excessive soap. I do this to all soaps when washing my hands and I never have any strong lingering smells.

I purchased this item with the impression that it would smell good. Unfortunately, you aren’t able to open an item prior to purchasing it, which I can understand. Upon removing the cover and smelling the product, i was dissatisfied. The smell is simply awful.

The refill is diluted with water it doesn't pump out of the dispenser like the original it squirts out across the room.
