Since I’ve gotten older I found I can’t eat late at night or big meals... gives me nightmares, headaches and can’t go back to sleep because food doesn’t digest & just lays in my lower tract causing problems.. when I take a capsule with nighttime snacks or small meals it helps to digest food and promotes a more restful sleep with fewer nightmares and headaches.

I have taken Super Digestaway for over 15 years. I have tried other digestive formulas but none of them ever measured up to Super Digestaway's effectiveness. Don't ever let Solaray stop making it!!

I've been on this product for years and have been satisfied the entire time. Easy to swallow. Lots of methane production. Lots of energy. I stay full for long periods of time. Virtually no cravings. I notice when I don't take this for multiple meals in a row. Swanson has the best price out of any retailer I've seen.

this product really helps you to digest your food as you get older. I take three after a meal and its amazing. your stomach will gurgle and you will feel emply quickly. couldnt say enough about these. used others and they work somewhat but not like these bad boys!!

These are more effective than other brands so you only need to take one, Pleasant odor too. (Some stink,) Also the capsules have a faint gray tint which makes them easy to pick out in a tray with other vitamins.
