For the price, this is one of the best stress B Complex anywhere. The fact that it is delayed released is a bonus. It is a valuable staple in my health regimen. Do your best to keep a healthy, positive lifestyle. No supplement will ever replace that or completely compensate for unhealthy habits or negative behaviors.

Love this B Vitamin! My husband and I have been taking this vitamin for at least five years. We have more energy and feel better when we take it. We are careful about never running out and always take it with us when we travel.

If you need B vitamins then Solaray Mega B Stress is a great way to go. I like that they are in capsule form as they are easier to swallow and seem t digest easily. I wish they had some Valerian in the combination, but I just take it along with the B vitamins.
