I started having frequent nights of no sleep. One long stretch I stayed breaking down crying. While husband was in town he went to a supplement store. A worker recommended to have me try this. It worked wonders. I don't have to take it all the time but it's in my cabinet for anytime use is needed.

We are a family with autistic people and as such. Some of us don’t produce right amounts of melatonin. We’ve tried other brands and they gave us nightmares. Very grateful to have found this melatonin.

My son uses this product, and it works very well for him. We originally purchased this from a health food store, however Swanson's price is MUCH better. He has a hard time swallowing pills or capsules so the liquid is perfect for him. He likes the Natural Black Cherry taste as well.

This does work to make you sleep. But it gives me horrible weird dreams that wake me up during the night.

It is one of the best I have found. It tastes good, it is not addictive and what I like the must it is all natural ingredient it has. Besides, it works fast in all my family at night. I have tried many other brands with a terrible tasted and less effective. When I see all the listed ingredients in pills it is scary and can be addicted. I try to use it only when it's necessary since I understand we have a very smart body, and it can get used to what we used and losses the effect it has with time. I have been using this since my younger kid was suffering unavailable to sleep over 6 hours, sometimes less. He was 3 years old and now he is 10 years and it helped him to regulate his internal clock, same happen to my daughter. My husband didn't believe until I give him some, unfortunately, he had a very bad day the next day since he was feeling sleepy all day. I think its the only problem for some people. But I will not change this product at all, I have been using it for over 6 years and one bottle last me for almost a year. This liquid formula of melatonin works better for me than the tablets. I simply take the recommended amount of the delicious cherry flavor liquid, and then head to bed. I usually begin to feel pleasantly sleepy within 15-20 minutes. It makes for a good night's rest. I always take it with me when I travel

It is of great help to give me a good nights sleep.
