High potency a big plus! I take this on days I don't eat fish. I have used liquid form of omega-3s so this is my first time in taking it as a pill. Happy that I could get it in one pill, as many formulations require two or three to get the same potency. Solgar is a tried and trusted brand for me as well, important when choosing fish oils to make sure they are sourced and processed to remove mercury etc!

This product allows you to take less because there are more mg in each easy to swallow capsule. Also we have experienced more energy after taking this product. We also like the fact that 'Solgar is conscious of making the effort to remove any mercury from the product.

This is a very good product because the EPA and DHA levels are very high in comparison to other brands. I take it three times a day with meals and I have noticed my thinking is clearer and faster. It costs a little more than some of the stores in town. Where there is a sale in a store I will get another comparable brand with similar levels of DHA and EPA. Sometimes I can taste the fishyness. But it is not bad at all.
