Q: Hi - I read one of the answers you gave about the cushions not being “ reversible” but can they be rotated to insure that they wear evenly . I realize the back or underneath the cushion can’t be turned . Thank you for any help !

Couch looks lovely! Would give it 5 stars if one side wasn't so difficult to match up to slide in place. Also, one side of the couch makes a lil popping sound when you sit down. The arms don't feel as thicl and sturdy as my other Chesterfield sofa and loveseat I purchased from a different seller, but this couch was also $300 cheaper so I won't complain too much. Otherwise, it looks just like the photo on the website!

As much as I love this sofa, style and feel, it is so uncomfortable. I'm a bigger gal and can fit on one cushion but I always slope to one side. Not very supportive. Thus my back starts to hurt after sitting for an hour or two. I've also noticed 4 buttons are missing. Thankfully I've been around when 3 have popped off, but it happens out of no where! Just a loud pop (strings breaking apart) and then a velvet button is found not long after. Disappointing for the price.

Dark brown almost black, real looking leather. Mine came dented, but Target very eager to make it right, Tufting is very well done. Cushions are plump and soft. Sofa is great for lounging and watching tv on.

Not only did they only send me less than half of the couch to begin with, I was told them sending the rest would be considered using my warranty and getting “replacement parts.” Furthermore, it is not even close to the length it claimed it is in the description, and the cushions have already started to flatten after having it for only a couple weeks. Do not buy. To top it off, there isn’t even a phone number you can call for customer service from the company.

The price and the appearance of this couch is good, but that’s pretty much it. Quality is good for the price point, but was too uncomfortable to keep. Honestly gave me back pains within the first evening of use, and I’m not old. Thank goodness Target has good return policies.

Causes unbearable back pain

I bought the loveseat and matching sofa in Green velvet. In January and February 2020. By October of 2020, I could no longer sit at all because of the back pain caused by the lack of supportive pillows. All the cushions flattened, I rotated them and my sitting spot but my 125lb little self, wore out the cushions in less than a year. Plus the back to too low so there is no headrest, not relaxing at sit in. I have to sell it to some stranger who will get it home, realizing it is crap and come back to my house to complain, I'm sure! There are almost no choices for furniture shipped to Hawaii so I'm grateful for that but it's just not worth it. Other reviewers are similar so BUYER BEWARE!

This sofa is perfect for my shop. It’s probably not one I’d like as an everyday couch at home as it’s a little short in height and the cushions don’t always line up exactly perfect, but I feel like it just gives it that antique look. It’s beautiful and definitely a statement piece for such a great price.

Im giving this sofa 4 stars and not 5 because it is what i expected from reviews, and i just about researched every review on every website that sells this sofa, but its def not perfect. I like the quality, it does look very elegant and that's what I was going for (I have the blue velvet). it is super low to the ground, I've read that people buy legs to make it taller, but the back of the sofa is so low it is uncomfortable and there's nothing you can really do about that. I did not buy this sofa for everyday sitting, more of a decor piece than anything, and that's what its good for. It is not comfortable enough that I would like to sit or lay on it for a extended period of time. If you have problems installing and not lining up its probably because you put the back and the bottom together first, when the instructions say to put the legs to the back before the bottom. Putting together the sofa took about 15 minutes with one person, so that was a plus.

Although this couch is very beautiful and vibrant the quality of it is not good at all! I also didn’t know the legs were so low so it left me to order new 8inch legs. I have had this couch for less than a month and the cushions are already sinking in. I called Target about this issue weeks ago stating that I didn’t want to return, just wanted new cushions. The associate put in a claim with the manufacturer and I have yet to hear anything back yet concerning this matter.

I adore this sofa. It came in two huge separate boxes, and although I wouldn't call them "light," as a single woman I was able to push them both up my apartment stairs and semi-correctly assemble it alone in my apartment. That being said, assembly would've been much easier with two people. It's a piece of furniture, so that's a given. I've slept on this thing numerous times, and it's the perfect length for me at 5'6. The reason I'm giving it 4/5 is because while it's comfortable for the price (and getting a little softer after a month of use), it's not the coziest sofa in the world.

This sofa is awful and is impossible to fit together. The pieces simply won't align. I hired a professional and he is deconstructing and reconstructing the piece. The quality fo the velvet is okay.
