I ordered this for some extra seating in my home office. It arrived and the box did not have a scratch on it. It seemed on the surface that this was a decent quality seat for occasional use. I had it mostly assembled when I noticed the top edge of the seat back had a dip in it. Upon further inspection, I realised the wood piece inside the upolstery was broken completely through. I was bummed but was thinking to get a replacement. Went to the Target website to see what to do. They will only ship a replacement after I ship the old one back or return it to the store. It's a bit of effort to do either and it wastes time to get a replacement. I contacted the customer service via chat. Not helpful at all and offered nothing but; replacing it after it was returned or refund. I asked about my time and gas wasted for me to take care of their mistake and he offered $15 if I get a new one. I was thinking about getting a new one but after the poor service from Target, I'm just going to return it and am not likely to order anything from them again. Really bad experience for a long time customer.
