Not exactly to scale with my preferred Sonic figs, but still really fun putting them together. Between the overall look, the sound effects & melody directly from the game, this is a great little nostalgia must have for any Sonic fan. Thanks Target, very happy with my purchase & the Biplane is so much fun :-)

The propeller spins and makes a plane sound by pulling back the back wheel and music plays by pushing the red button which is part of the planes seat. the fire lights up by tapping the bottom. It’s a little loud but thankfully comes with an on and off switch. It takes 3 triple A batteries and Is super easy to assemble they both put it together by themselves. Sonic character is removable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My boys hardly play with this toy and they really don’t care for it because of the noises that it makes and the sonic character broke the same day we got it in the mail. The hand came off of it when I was opening the package and it is really hard to put the kid back on the body. So the boys kind of went away with that. As far as the airplane, it makes a lot of noise that my boys are not really keen to so whenever it starts to make excessive noises, they put it down. This is not a win in my house with my neurodivergent kids. We will pass on this one.

My nephew loves the noises ( sound effects ) and the light up features. I don’t know that it’s a very “educational” toy, but it is fun and easy to assemble. Does require 3 AAA batteries.

It makes awesome sounds when you move the plane and sound effects when you hit the button. Absolutely love this. My only complaint is that it was tails’ plane, but didn’t come with tails. Otherwise, super cool to add to my collection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as an adult who grew up playing Sonic on the Sega Genesis, and it's still a great sentimental exhibit. It's also an excellent toy with really well-thought-out play features. It was also quite easy to assemble and feels solid. This could be the greatest audio toy I've ever seen, really.
It's better to make sure the wing part of the plane is better.

Comes in a few pieces but no tools required to assemble the airplane as it pops into its appropriate crevices. Only requires a screwdriver to place 3 triple A batteries inside the airplane and the noises it makes creates a more interactive play. The front blades spin on their own through a control on the rear. There’s also a flowing light under the plane that looks like a fireball.
