Q: How many watts does it have?
A: The Sonos Ray has four (4) Class-D digital amplifiers have been fine-tuned to the sound bar's unique acoustic architecture. Sonos does not include output watts in specifications.

Q: We purchased this sound bar but from what we can tell we have to use an app on our phone to adjust the volume. Are there any other options?

It requires the Sonos app but you can use voice control Sonos Voice Control, Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant.
