Sorelle Berkley 4 Drawer Chest Dresser

I don't know why I thought this would be decent, maybe because of my son's Sorelle furniture, which is all solid wood and was a similar price. This is all plywood and comes completely unassembled. Every part has to be built, not just put together (like the real furniture I expected). It's a lot and took at least half a day, maybe more. And the instructions aren't great. My husband missed the dowels, which are pretty critical to the structural integrity and safety of plywood furniture. Well, it doesn't come with wood glue for them, so the dowels do nothing anyway. I'm baffled. Of course I will be anchoring this securely to the wall, but I'm not comfortable with the lack of concern for safety Sorelle showed here.

Ordered this for our three year old sons room and absolutely love it. Other reviews had me hesitant to buy, but it was super easy to assemble and the finished product was just beautiful. I would defiantly recommend this for your nursery needs

The dresser looks very nice but there were many problems with the wood prior to installation. The wood was chipped, inconsistent paint, and some screws were missing. Target was great and replaced the item; however the second shipment was just as bad. The company was not willing to resolve any issues.

Instructions weren’t the easiest to follow, but after 2 hours I was able to do it by myself. I just put it together, but so far appears very sturdy and no damages during delivery that I have noticed.

I bought two of these for a master bedroom walk-in-closet. The product comes very well packed so there is a lot to unwrap. Since the product is very well packaged, I was surprised to see that the side panels were damaged along some edges. One of the panels has wood splintering. The manual included in the box is not printed very well so use Google to find the online PDF version with darker font. Also, the manual states a screwdriver is provided, but there is no screwdriver included so make sure you have your own. I used a power drill to help the process go a little faster. The product seems sturdy and looks good from most angles. The manufacturer pictures included on the product page are accurate.

This dresser is a dream! SUPER sturdy, really great quality. Putting it together took me and my boyfriend around three hours but it was relatively easy.

The chest is really nice and great quality. However, we noticed that it was damaged when we had already had it all put together. If the paint wasn't scratched I would definitely give it 5 stars.

There were 4 missing pieces. The top of the dresser looked like a dog had chewed at it. Not happy with product at all
