To fix the charging issue, we kindly ask you to try the following tips: - Try a different wall charger and cable to charge the charging case for at least 24 hours no matter if the indicator is on or off (it's best to use a 5V charger). - Make sure the wall charger and cable you're using work fine on other devices. - Ensure all charging contact pins on the earbuds and charging case is completely clean and dry of sweat and water. You can also use cleaning alcohol for cleaning the contacts. Use a dry cloth to ensure the parts are clean and dry afterward before using. - Make sure the earbuds are properly placed in the case and make sure the ear tips are in the right position, sometimes the ear tips may interfere with the connection between the earbuds and the charging case. - Reset the earbuds: Place the earbuds into the charging case and remain the case open. Press and hold the button on the case for 10 seconds until all the earbud LED indicators flash white 3 times slowly. I have been a Skullcandy wire person, but I am tired of my string getting caught in everything, or one head phone breaking. Years ago I bought a Bose wireless head phone that just gave out and honestly, i am old (late 20s) and don't want to spend money on something that will break down the line. This head phones are comfortable, and affordable. Shesh, i wish I would of bought them in the start. I love them. Works great, small and easly transportable.

Always disconnecting and unreliable. Please do not get these wireless Bluetooth earbuds. I have disconnected numerous times from my meetings calls because it would mute me while I was in the middle of talking. I have been using for multiple months hoping it was just bad connection but realized it's just a bad product.

Here are some tips for your reference: - Fully charged the earbuds. - Cell phone towers, dense wifi networks, and other transmitting devices can interfere with your Bluetooth connection, please away from these things to see if there are some differences. - Try reducing the distance between your right earbud and your audio device, like having your audio device in your right pocket or right side. Your right soundcore earbud is the master (main) earbud. It connects to your audio device and to the left earbud. - Forget the pairing record on your device and reset the earbuds via the steps: Place the earbuds into the charging case and remain the case open. Press and hold the button on the case for 10 seconds until all the earbud LED indicators flash white 3 times slowly. This confirms that the reset was successful and your earbuds can be connected normally. - Try them on a different device. Absolute Garbage

I had these earbuds for about a year now and they kept falling out of my ears. I was always taking care of them, cleaning them, and I changed the fittings a few times and it still didn't work. Eventually, one of them broke when it fell out of my ear and I threw them away. Not a good quality product. Definitely wouldn't recommend buying. Oh one more thing, I was also hearing almost like a white noise in the background of any song I listened to. And the volume wasn't even up that high.

I waited to review these until I had had them awhile. I have now had them a year and they still work perfectly. They have been some of the easiest Bluetooth devices to connect to also. I love them so much I’m buying a second pair. Purse pair and office pair. For the price, these are excellent.

Longevity

My first soundcore buds lasted for over a year with exceptional sound quality. So when I thought that I had broke the first purchase on instinct I went back to TARGET and bought another pair in black. As soon as I paired them with my phone and hour later I lost one and was sooo bummed out. Not to worry I gave the old pair a charge and they seem to be on the mend and worked better than before. Six months later I decided to suck it up and charge the Black set of one and what do know that one worked just great as having both together. So now I work between the two. This is an excellent quality long lasting set of earbuds that I recommend to anyone needing to be hands free. I plan to by another pair next week and would give it Twenty Stars.

Absolutely LOVE these ear buds! I've had them for 1year now & still going strong, holds a true charge as stated! Sound is awesome with music movies phone etc! I can use one ear at a time or both. I highly recommend them vs expensive brands.

Sound quality ok for price. Main problem is they didn't even last a year with minimal use. One ear suddenly went out and stopped working.

My first set of true wireless earbuds. They seem to work decently. Volume isn't "booming" and the three EQ settings aren't very different from each other. I like that they have 5 ear tips available to find your proper fit. I've handled them with wet hands, so they are water resistant, but I haven't tried working out with them.
