However, I do not believe that they taste anything like the iconic sour patch kids watermelon gummies. These are just a very sweet, artificial tasting watermelon jellybean. It’s not bad, it’s pretty good, but it’s nothing too special.

These taste nothing like Sour Patch watermelon candies. They’re sour and have no actual flavor. No one in my house likes them - kids, teens, adults.

I much prefer the original version but I can see the appeal for these. They aren't as overtly watermelon flavor, but they definitely pack a sour punch. They're more irregularly shaped than typical jelly beans so some are big and some are small, but they have the classic jelly bean texture (and no sour powder coating, so your hands don't get powdery or sticky!). Pink and green both taste the same btw
