Chlorella is really a super food, I used it back in my healthier day and should have kept on using it on a daily basis, it detox the system and comparing this to spirulina I think chlorella is a better choice. Those small tablets lasted a while and were easy to swallow.

I started taking chlorella and spread it out throughout the day. 4 in the morning, 3 afternoon, and 3 in evening. Did that for 3 days. Don't ever take it in the evening like I did. I ended up watching the clock all night. couldn't sleep very well. I now take it 5 in morning and 5 in the afternoon. I have a well balance of energy throughout the day. Very helpful being is I work shifts. Helps me control my metabolisim around my work schedule. End result is I sleep much better when I work shifts.

I love Chlorella. It is wonderful for detoxification. It does so gently and works well for clearing out toxins. It has been helpful after removing mercury fillings.
