For me, the combination of magnesium malate and calcium is what appears to keep me from having cramps in my leg muscles upon wakening in the morning. This brand appears to be easily digestable.

I have used magnesium malate for years. It has all the benefits of magnesium without any negatives that some others may have. I like this brand and the product comes in capsules with a good amount of magnesium.

I have taken Source Naturals Magnesium Malate for several years. I believe this brand does what it's supposed to. I have tried other brands and always returned to Source Naturals. Also, all magnesium "is not created equal". Malate is the one we should take.

I have been taking this for a while along magnesium Citrate by NOW & the Swanson Magnesium Glycinate. Taking about 1,000 Mg per day of all of them combined. I have not gotten my Magnesium test done in a few months but I will update my review if I see an increase in my magnesium levels.

Our family has been able to FEEL BEETER by including magnesium malate & malic acid supplements 2 X day. We do NOT eat any food in the nightshade family e.g. tomatoes, peppers, eggplant., potatoes. Aloha
