I have taken this daily for many years to help keep my mind sharp. If I forget to take It for a couple of days, I grasp for words a lot and I feel foggy. At eighty, I feel pretty sharp.

I've been using Source Naturals Vinpocetine for at least 4 years now and I can really tell a difference in my memory. I used to forget things and now I don't have that problem. I love this product. Though I'm not sure of its effect in my day-to-day activities, I usually take it at night and it leads to long, deep, sustainable dream states which I remember upon waking. Before this, I never remembered my dreaming.

I used to use the Life Extension complex of memory components, but decided to break it down to the active components. Vinpocetine plus Pregneolone plus and Ultra Chromium Picolinate 500 work wonders for helping me remember things. As we get older, our memory naturally slows down a bit. This helps to keep it young!

Because I tend to be skeptical of just about everything until I've tried it, I'm happy to report that this supplement does actually deliver what the label suggests. I've tried taking it at different times of the day. Early morning with food works best for me. I'm amazed and relieved at how much information I no longer have to strain to retrieve from my memory bank.
