Yeah, others are right when they say it’s not authentic sourdough, but I kind of like that. It’s not that sour and it’s a perfect size to throw in the toaster.

This bread is very bad. You cannot make a bread that says sour dough without sour dough starter. Take it out of Target! Deceiving consumers!

The loaf I got was stale & hard as a brick. It had a very weird smell, moldy, though there was no obvious mold on the loaf. I tried one slice, & threw the rest of the loaf away. Don’t waste your money like I did.
Should be labeled vinegar bread, not sourdough bread.

This is not "Sourdough" bread. Kept smelling vinegar and checked the ingredients. Sure enough, it just has vinegar in it and "yeast". That said vinegar is a thing and the bread isn't terrible to eat, it's just not sourdough.

The reason why the reviewers say it doesn't taste like sourdough Is because it is not true sourdough. True sourdough has sourdough cultures; not yeast and vinegar. If the ingredients say yeast, it's not sourdough. In addition to sour flavor, the cultures are fermented which is one of the health benefits of true sourdough.

Nope! This is NOT sour dough bread, being from Northern Cali I know sour dough bread. This had no sour dough bread flavor. Don’t waste your money.
