These are microfiber and get soaked easily. Turbo used to sell terry cloth bands. Please bring them back!

I use these for hiking holding my hair while I wash my face, remove makeup and also use for holding my hair back to apply makeup and pluck eyebrows. Love the color variety and the band is very comfortable

I wasn’t sure about buying the Turbie Band at first. Did I really need it? Turns out I love it! Cuts out the combing my hair back into a ponytail and the several bobby pins to keep my hair out of putting on and taking off my makeup. Love the bands! Very soft and comfortable too.

I have used the Turbie Band for years and could NOT live without them! I use them every night to pull my hair back for washing my face and every morning when shower to keep my hair dry. They’re amazing!!

I wish they made a satin or silk lined turbie band to sleep in. I would love to put my hair up in one of these to go to sleep since it stays on so well. Please consider a satin/silk lined turbie band for sleeping. I love to wear the turbie band under my shower cap to keep my hair extra dry as well as to wash my face. I wear it over my silk bonnet at night because it helps to keep my bonnet from slipping off. If it were silk lined I could ditch the bonnet altogether.

There isn't much stretch to this "turbie". The thing is so tight, it gives me headaches. I guess the moral to the story is - buyer beware.

Items is so flimsy, that unless you cover it with something else your hair will get wet

I can tack all of my hair Into this headband keeping it off my face. I can use it like a shower cap. Comfortable and kind to my hair. Very helpful.

I have lots of unruly wavy hair that is layered so getting every strand of hair to stay out of my way can be hard. But I freakin love this, it’s soft and doesn’t hurt, keeps hair soft and doesn’t pull!

What's there to say but another wonderful product. You have never let me down.

So I got a hair towel and the elastic broke and so i ordered one of these and they are the second best lol

It was too small and too tight for the marketing of "wide".

Turbie Twist hair towels are the best! They’re soft and absorbent. Perfect for my curly hair! They’re so pretty and easy to use, just “ twist” and “loop” and it stays put. My granddaughter loves her Turbie Twist hair towel too. I’m 100% satisfied with this product. I’ll be trying the headband next.

Turbine band too tight. I disassembled it and added 3 inches of elastic to side that goes around forehead. Much better now.

My daughter has super curly hair. This is perfect to keep her hair fully off her face while she's cleansing and putting lotions, makeup on

The TURBIE BAND headband by TurbieTwist is one of those inventions you never thought you needed until you try it. I bought my first one several years ago, it was an impulse buy, and when I used it I was amazed. Before TURBIE BAND I was using regular headbands including ones made of plastic and another that was metal and had crimps in it to keep hair out of your face while cleansing or doing a mask. Even though they worked as designed, I still had to keep my hair in a pony tail in the back to keep that area from falling forward when washing my face. I’m a guy and have long hair that’s about 3-5 inches past my shoulders, but not quite down to my mid back. The TURBIE BAND allowed me to tuck all of my hair out of the way and securely so that none of it would fall forward while washing my face. I also started using it when I do facial masks. Before I had to do the ponytail and then hairpin hair on the sides that was too short to gather in the ponytail and too long to be held back by the headband, so the TURBIE BAND solved that issue. It’s very comfortable and easy to use even if you have course and thick hair like mine. I also washed it (by hand and machine) numerous times and it worked like new for all those years. I finally bought more recently because that old one was finally starting to give out (like the stitching on one side was loosening and that part wouldn’t spring back into shape), but I still could’ve used it probably for another year. I did purchase some on Amazon last year or the year before to give as stocking stuffers at Christmas but those were fakes. At that time I don’t think TURBIE BAND was available to purchase online from the company which is why I went to Amazon. Even though the fakes got the intended job done you could tell they were not the same quality. I kept one to test and I could feel the fabric on that copy was stiffer and the elastic was not sewn in the way the authentic ones are. Anyway, if you have long hair or even shorter hair styles like a bob get the TURBIE BAND because it’s worth it and you’ll use it daily for cleansing, masks, or anytime you want to keep hair out of your face.
