Q: I was under the impression that RF uses heat to be effective and penetrate the skin. so would using the cold function with the RF mode diminish its efficacy? or cause any adverse effects?
A: The RF of LORI is targeted to be used with the cool mode. However, using RF with heat mode will activate the strongest frequency.

A: Hello, the specific frequencies are proprietary data. You can use either temperature with EMS or RF, but cannot use the temperature alone.
