Cute & did the job. You have to inflate the bottle with a straw, but I used a pump for the balloons. I used 1/2-2/3 of the balloons and only 1 deflated over night. I didn't inflate all of them to as big as they could get because I was being lazy and wanted to hang them up quickly. It doesn't come with balloon tape, which would've made it easier. The birthday women loved them.
