Hard bits
Special K is my favorite cereal, but I too am unhappy with the very hard pieces in it. It seems like it has been getting worse every box I buy. Please figure out what is causing this and fix the problem.

This Product Can Cause Injury
I bought several boxes of this cereal and wish I hadn't. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way that those "yogurt"clusters are as hard as rocks. So are some of the grain 'clusters'. However, my problem was caused by the yogurt clusters. I actually cracked a root of my tooth after biting down on a BB-hard yogurt cluster. It was painful, and the result was the loss of my tooth. I will never buy this or any other Kellogg's cereal product again. I can't imagine making a product containing rock-hard pebbles that could actually injure a consumer! What were they thinking?

What happened!!?? No fruit or yogurt clusters anym
There are zero fruit and very few yogurt clusters in this cereal for many months now. Was my favorite Won’t buy it again. Kept buying hoping it was just a mistake but seems permanent change now

There is not fruit or yogurt in the cereal anymore, its basically just flakes, are you gonna take all of the rasins out of the raisin bran next. Why not just sell one cereal and just call it cardboard and sawdust flakes

Awful, and dangerous to eat!
I, as SO MANY OTHERS, are leaving feedback about the hard bits in this cereal and risky to teeth, and your feedback is something like "this is unusual, please see your email so we can replace it as we are confident your next experience will be better". No it won't be! This has been a situation for years! I haven't bought Special K for a long time because of this and the also the flavor being so bland. I took a leap and bought some this week, and it's even worse than before.
