I like this product. I used to take ortho greens by Now. But I could not get it , it was out of stock so now I take the special two by Now. Taking half the dosage of special two is comparable to a full dose of the ortho greens. Anything by Now , I have never been dissapoinyed.

I am very happy with the Special Two vitamins and seem to have more energy when I consistently take them. The only drawback is the size of the capsules. They're a little bit big for me to easily swallow. That said, I will keep buying them as they are a great value for the quality of vitamin.

The Now Foods Special Two is a good product for adding more than just your common daily multiple vitamin to your diet. With the inclusion of trace minerals and other detoxifying elements such as spirulina, it's a great mix. Always on the lookout for the best supplement to take, I've not found a better daily multi.
