A: Yes, you can sanitize Spectra Baby USA breast pump accessories in a bottle sterilizer— make sure to follow the manufacturer's instructions. Note: excessive heat can result in warping and discoloration, which is cosmetic and not shown to cause harm. Wishing the best on your pumping journey!

Q: Does Spectra make 8oz for breast milk storage that is also adaptable to the electric pump? Do they also have glass bottles?
A: Hi Angie. Our Breast Milk Storage Bottles Sets are designed specifically to work with all Spectra electric breast pumps and parts. We do not have glass bottles. But for milk storage in the fridge or freezer, we have the Spectra Simple Store milk collection bags and the Spectra Disposable milk bags.

Q: Are these Spectra bottles dishwasher safe? I just ordered the Spectra S2 breast pump and I can't find anywhere that mentions if the accessories are dishwasher safe.
A: If using a dishwasher, place items on wash cycle on the top rack and air dry. Do not use heat dry. Thank you for connecting with us and happy pumping!

Q: Will any nipples fit these bottles or are they intended for storage only? I'm a first time mom to be and I never knew there were so many bottle and nipple options (lol).
A: Hi SMD! Bottles are meant for storage and feeding. Ideally, you would have the Spectra nipples that come with all Spectra pump purchases. We do not recommend other manufacturer's products as we cannot guarantee the compatibility of nipples sitting and sealing correctly on Spectra bottles.
