Travel mug decoration is darker and less clearly detailed than photo on website. It made me wonder if it is a ‘second’. Other than that it seems fine. I am still gifting it but do not plan to use this website in the future.

The mug is very nice and the recipient really loved it, but there was a chip in it. The chip was not from shipping but manufacturing and you can tell because it was glazed over with a glossy finish. Other than that it was great

Poorly constructed. The rubber gasket on the top/lid is very flimsy considering the lid just sits on the top. Don’t tilt this “travel mug” in the slightest unless you want your hot beverage spilling everywhere.
