A: Hi, I found on another website that it's 5gm per serving. so to get any kind of effect, you would need to double the dose.

I use the sports research collagen but I can’t say I really saw a great difference in the period of time the product lasted. I hope to be able to try it again in the future to see if using it for an extended period of time I will see more results. I’m giving it three stars simply because I didn’t see any results in that period of time.

I add this to my smoothies in the morning and you cannot even tell that I added it in there. There is no aftertaste or smell. This helps to give me a glowing complexion and also helps my nails to grow.

He drinks coffee regularly to help with his focus so he put it in his coffee and had no issues. It did not alter the flavors however if I gave him one without it in it he knew it wasn’t in it in a heartbeat. His skin has gotten so nice, he hasn’t had any major breakouts since starting this: He feels it also helped to extend his focus even more.

Overall I this product is ok. I noticed small improvements with my hair and skin. My complaints for this product are the issues I have with getting the powder to blend completely and how much it costs compared to how many servings are in each container. Because of these things, I opted to switch to collagen supplements that contain more servings, cost less and don’t have a weird aftertaste. Some people may enjoy this product but with its taste, texture and price, it wasn’t for me.

It's also low in protein, which is good if you do Keto!I just add this to my smoothie drinks and it's great. You could probably put it in your morning coffee, too,I would definitely recommend this product!

I like how easily it dissolves in my shaker cup using room temperature water. I also added it to my coffee. It has a slight odor and barely-there taste but it’s not unpleasant. I was concerned with it being derived from “marine” life that it would be fishy, but it wasn’t. It’s a more complete formula with the additional nutrients and I appreciate that. I can use all the help I can get with strong hair and nails. It digests easily and I will definitely continue to use this daily.

The powder was easy to add and dissolve but seemed to smell a little odd. The coffee taste wasn’t affected and I liked that I could easily add more protein and nutrients to my diet. After a couple weeks I really couldn’t tell much of a difference in my hair and nails but will keep it up for now.

Not only does it have vitamin C, it also has hyaluronic acid and biotin which I needed to add to my daily regimen. The powder blends well and isn't chunky at all. Very easy to use.

I mixed either with coffee or hot chocolate depending on how I feel but the blend is great since the collagen is flavorless. This collagen supplement is just great. After a few weeks of trying it out, I’ve seen a difference in my skin, nail and hair. Overall I’d absolutely recommend it.
