Sports Research Lutein + Zeaxanthin with Coconut Oil, Dietary Supplement, Softgel

Highly recommended for everyone who has eyesight issues

I’ve been taking this product for a long time and always appreciated its benefits. However, I recently noticed that they’ve added sunflower oil to the formula, which is disappointing. I avoid seed oils because they are inflammatory and can disrupt overall health, especially for those of us trying to minimize our intake of polyunsaturated fats (PUFAs). The addition of sunflower oil has made me reconsider continuing with this product, as I strive to maintain a diet free from inflammatory ingredients. I hope they return to a cleaner formulation without seed oils.

I have started taking these and I recently took an eye test and they had told me my astigmatism has gone away which is kind of cool. While I haven't noticed any big changes while taking this I did notice my eyes aren't as dry as before. I'm not sure what the overall purpose will be for me but so far I am happy.
