You signed me up for a subscription by auto filling a coupon. I was very careful not to start a subscription. I will be using bulletproof mct oil going forward. Legit products don’t need to use shady tactics like that?
Caprylic Acid and Candida

Caprylic Acid has been written up for years as a substance that kills off Candida within the gut. While this may be a good thing long term, I believe that people who have an overgrowth of Candida may experience a difficult time when first taking this product from the “die off” effects. That may be expecting to feel energized since it is being advertised as “brain and body fuel”. However, they may feel quite tired and ‘down’ for a number of days as the candida die off waste is eliminated by the body. I am just starting to use this product as a treatment mixing it ( 1 tsp) with psyllium husk so it will get to the gut as I suspect that I have an overgrowth (again). I have been experiencing the die off effects for a few days so far. I am not a medical practitioner by any means. Just relaying information I have gained over a number of years through reading and personal experience with using caprylic acid for treatment of candida in the gut. Would appreciate if others would comment on this.
