Even taking these consistently, I wasn't able to tell a difference in my dry skin. I enjoyed that it's gluten and soy free, uses many non-GMO ingredients, and uses Kosher gelatin. They made a significant effort to make a high quality product. It just didn't work for me.

I was taking a different ceramide supplement but just recently switched because this pill is smaller and much easier to swallow. Since taking ceramides my skin is less dry and looks more alive and hydrated. These pills are also oderless and tasteless!

It seems like it might take a few months for full effects but so far I am quite pleased. The gel capsule is super small and more importantly you do not need to time it around or during meals. This has always been my downfall in remembering to take supplements. So I can just take this daily whenever I remember.
