Added some cherry tomatoes from my garden, croutons, and dressing and they all finished their veggies, which can be challenging. I found this mix of greens to be a little sweeter than many mixes and I will definitely be purchasing again!

I did open it the same day I purchased it but I noticed that some of the spinach was already turning bad. I put in some paper towels to the salad bag to soak up the excess moisture which seemed to help a lot. The rest of the lettuce was great and very delicious! The better portion of this mix was edible. But so much of it was wilted and not good, especially the spinach. If it was much cheaper, it wouldn’t be that bad I guess. But for the price paid, I would definitely not get this again.

We go through this stuff like water in our house and have never had any issues with its freshness or quality. It's exactly what spring mix should be, at a great low price. In those rare times that it takes us a while to eat it, it stays fresh for about a week in a Rubbermaid FreshWorks container for storage.
