A: No, you can't see the bulb or the shade fitter when illuminated. There may be a brighter spot where the center of the bulb is depending on the wattage bulb used. Thank you for the question.

Despite being well packaged (like it was going to the moon), the shade arrived dented in the back. However, I'll keep it because it's too much of a hassle for me to return. It's going into a guest room and the damage is in the back near the seam. Have ordered before with no problems and order came quickly.

Thought I had finally found the perfect white shade. What I received looks nothing like what was shown online. The shade was misrepresented I sure they can take photos that are more true to the product. I was going to return it but I don't have the energy to be bother, donated it on Sunday, it does work for me. Will never order from them again and I'm so happy I held off ordering the other items I was interested in.

I looked locally for 2 shades this size and could not find the quality and size I needed. By ordering it on line I got the right size and shade that looks expensive for my lamps. They came with a higher arm to put the shade on which I needed for my lamps. I highly recommend these lamp shades.

Its ok quality, I was expecting better. These shades are the coldest possible white available. Even with yellowish tone bulbs, the light cast is cold white. Great for an lffice or study, not so mich for a room to relax in.
Lamp shades were damaged/ dented. Would not recommend.
