Forging is what makes our horseshoes ring when they hit the stake and forging is what makes them so strong. Other horseshoe manufacturers cast their shoes which can add air pockets and cause breakage. Our horseshoes are coated with a special non-slip finish that is superior to high gloss finishes and helps prevent chipping and corrosion.
