submitted byscoop - 5 years agoA: the 55cm is too small for me, at 5'4"
submitted bycc - 5 years agoA: Depends what you're using it for. I'm 5'8. My physical therapist recommended the 75cm for me to lie on to stretch my back. However, I'm going to buy one to sit on at my desk to help strengthen my core. My current seat is about 53cm high, the 55cm will be perfect to use as a "chair". If you have questions about which ball for specific exercises, some physical therapists will answer quick questions for free (call first, don't just walk in!). If you have gym membership a personal trainer might spend a few minutes to chat for free - or if you don't have membership, see if your local gym will give a free day pass (of course you might join ;) ), and maybe you can sneak that question into a tour?

Q: I weigh 270lbs and my son weighs 290lbs. We are both 5'10 and are looking for balls to use as a chair in our living room. What size should we both get?
A: Hello 87289 - Thanks a lot for the question. The 65 cm ball is recommended for heights 5'6" to 5'11". We hope you find this information very helpful. - John
submitted byJohn - 1 year agoTarget staff supportA: For your sizes, I would recommend the AIM 75cm Stability Ball. However, if you are looking for a Balance Ball Chair, we do sell them on our website here: https://getactv.com/products/classic-balance-ball-chair?_pos=1&_psq=chair&_ss=e&_v=1.0

Q: To what is the measurement in the description (55 cm, 65 cm, or 75 cm) referring, is it the diameter or circumference of the ball?
A: Hi Nida - What a nice addition to your exercise routine! The measurements available describe the estimated inflated circumference. Thanks for asking! - Alli
submitted byAlli - 4 years agoTarget staff supportA: The above answer is wrong! The measurement refers to the *diameter* of the ball. In the case of a 75cm ball, this is approximately 30 inches tall in imperial units. If the measurement of 75cm were the circumference, then that would mean that the diameter would be 75cm/π= 23.8cm. This would be approximately the size of a volleyball, and wouldn't be terribly good at doing what is advertised. No worries this is not the case. It's the diameter.

Q: The instructions state: attach inflator tip to Stability Ball pump. There is no tip in my box. It seems to be attached to the pump. Someone else asked this question but you only replied to read the instructions. They are not clear at all.
A: If your product is missing an inflator tip, please call the Target.com Guest Services at 800-591-3869 and a team member will be happy to assist you with this!
submitted byFit for Life Team - 4 years agoBrand expertA: Mine also didn't have an inflator tip - as you say, it is part of the pump. My guess is they changed the pump at some point and forgot to update the instructions. . . . . I also found a (full size) bicycle pump was easier to use (especially when nearing full inflation) than what is included with the ball - but you will need a tip for it; luckily my kid's bike pump came with a few tips and one was a suitable size!

Q: What is the inflator tip? Directions say this can be attached to bike pump but it is not clear what the inflator tip is.
A: The pump that came with mine had the inflator tip as part of the pump - not removable. My kid's bike pump came with a few inflator tips and one fit this ball. It's basically a conical attachment > for the bike pump (maybe an inch or 2 long). The larger end fits on the pump where you would normally connect to the bike's tire valve. Use the lever on the pump to lock the tip in place (just as you would when attaching it to the tire valve), then insert the tip into the hole in the ball to inflate.

Q: How am I supposed to get the plug out of the ball in order to re-inflate? The package doesn't include a remover tool.
A: Hi Jamie - Take your workouts to the next level with a Stability Ball from All In Motion! The plug can either be removed with your fingers or pliers. We hope this helps! - Vanessa
submitted byVanessa - 5 years agoTarget staff supportA: I found it easiest to use a spoon for removing the plug, I know it sounds weird but it works better than pliers and it is safer.
