If I could give 0 stars I would. Target sent me a returned broken item. That they were well aware was damaged for my kids to open Christmas morning. The box had been cut open. Patched together by Target and sent to me. Target sucks!!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Extremely dangerous slides. Kid broke their arm. Horrible customer service and when I asked for return they told me to sell on Facebook marketplace. I would never recommend anyone to buy these.

It is ok. Not a must have. Used by a 9, 5, and 1 year old. You do hit hard at the bottom. We load it up with lots of pillows. They all seem to slide a few times and are then done. They prefer to hang them off the couch during movie night and slide around on them. With outdoor slides you approach from the below as you must climb up. I think that the need to crouch down from above is what throws me off. It just isn’t graceful or cozy to make the initial squat from above to get into position. I think one slide is sufficient to get the job done. More isn’t better in this case. Yet they make u buy 4. I have read tons of reviews and watched videos on this product.
