These pillows deflate so much. If you are a heavy sleeper or want to sleep with any kind of support, this is not the pillow for you. At this point, I have 3 of these and might as well be sleeping directly on the mattress.

The exact night I bought this pillow I kept smelling something while sitting in the bed that smelled of mildew. I finally figured it out. It was the pillow that smelled awful. I thought maybe it got wet during shipment so returned the pillow as defective. Repurchased the exact same pillow and there was that same mildew smell. This is unacceptable.

I can't believe all the five star reviews for this pillow. It's like sleeping on a bag of cotton wool. My husband lasted two days and then wouldn't use it anymore. I've tried it for three and it is honorably misshapen in that short time. I had really high hopes for an 'Extra Firm's pillow but knew at $15 I'd be lucky. I definitely would not recommend this pillow to someone wanting firm support in their pillow. It's a bag of candy floss inside!!
