Stander Couch Cane

I just bought this for my husband who is ill and having a very hard time getting up off of the couch. This cane is amazing and has helped us tremendously.

I really enjoy being able to stand up so completely without struggle !

I ordered this item several wks ago. It's very sturdy & provides needed support. I'm sure it will be most helpful post operatively.

Quality is very good except for the handle. The handle is very uncomfortable for the user because of the sharp edges in the gap between the 2 handle pieces ...it doesn't measure up to the Quality of the rest of unit. ...also I could not reduce the length enough to fit both wings under the base of my recliner chair with lift.

I have a bad back, hips, and knees and sometimes just going from sitting to standing position is difficult.This will help!

Love the couch cane! It really gives the extra help needed when getting up and down from the couch!

day one: success in rising from the sofa with ease

The Couch Cane is very well made, with plenty of adjustability, anti-slip pads on the bottom and top of all four "feet," and provides a very sturdy, secure feeling platform to "pull" yourself up from the seated position. The only negative thing about it was that the upper anti-wobble slide on the handle could not be inserted into the lower tube of the adjustable handle - I had to remove it from the handle, shave a small amount of plastic off of lower half of the adapter, hammer (literally) it into the lower tube, work it back out, slide it back onto the upper half of the handle, reinsert the handle into the lower half of the tube, then - using a small block of wood on the edge of the anti-wobble ring, alternately tap on each side with a hammer in order to fully seat the anti-wobble ring into the lower tube. I am a handy guy, but I can easily imagine any number people who would find the required process VERY problematic. The anti-wobble ring issue aside, this is a high quality, extremely useful product that should last our lifetimes.

We bought this about a month ago and we find that it more than meet our expectations! We were skeptical as similar products have not proven to stay dependable. Your couch cane is sturdy and does not move in any significant way when putting full weight on when transferring from wheelchair into recliner!!

I'll be getting a knee replacement in December and I wanted something to help me get out of my chair when I get home. I've been practicing and I think this is just what I will need.

Just received this and setup was easy and intuitive.

definitely makes it alot easier to get up from couch. thanks to this couch cane i can join family and friends in the living room

I love the versatility of this product! First of all, it was very easy to assemble and your instructions were clear, concise and helpful! I love that it can be adjust in all directions, meeting the needs of the user, and situation. One possible suggestion-can you rubberize the handle so it prevents slipping when grasping.

I have been for months having a problem getting off the couch because of my health issue. This was recommended by my physical therapist. Problem solved. I got some of my freedom back.

WOW, I can now get up from the couch with ease and confidence. This product is very sturdy and easy to put together. It even has a pocket in which I can hide my candy!
