The top does not twist on and off very easily. Sometimes I cannot even get it off myself and require assistance. I don’t think this is normal.

Lid is extremely difficult to unscrew/screw on. My older one doesn’t have this problem. It’s very frustrating & I’ll probably stop using it. Love the color & it keeps my water cold, just hard to get the lid off.

Great product. I love the color and price! Wish they would make a better assortment of the boots for the cups. The ones you order from other retailers do not fit the cups properly. The boots Stanley makes fits like a glove. Please make a matching boot for all the cups. Love my Stanley 40 oz cups!!

I bought this for a decent amount of water that would not spill, leak that I could drink throughout the day. This is pretty solid and sturdy. Definitely keeps water cold! The only thing I would say is I definitely use the straw the most. I did try to flip the top so I could drink without the straw but I found it to be messy and not an easy way to drink. Maybe I’m used to the wide mouths on the others, but just something I noted.

I love the comfort of the handle and how long it holds ice but it is hard to get the lid on correctly without several attempts then it is hard to get the lid off to wash it. Paint chips off entirely too easy.

I love how big the straw is and how quickly I can drink water. However, unscrewing the lid is impossible. If my husband is not home I can't refill my tumbler. I will be looking for a new one from some other brand.
