The stars are very easy to apply to a painted wall. There are a variety of sizes and shapes of stars in the package. My only complaint is that it takes a long time for the stickers to flatten and stay on the wall where they were creased in the package.

Sticker don’t stick on all painted wall. They kept peeling off by themselves.
