Book Synopsis
Warp into the action with Star Trek's first-ever interactive original graphic novel! Mariner just wants to have a normal day, but no matter what side of the bed she wakes up on, the world is ending. Literally. If she has coffee, Borg attack! If she has raktajino, cue the Romulan boarding party! And in each scenario, Mariner and her friends end up dead, sometimes the ship is destroyed--and the day starts all over again. But by exploring the different paths, you, the reader, can discover things that Mariner can't. There are inconsistencies that don't make sense--putting aside the fact that Mariner's choice of drink each morning shouldn't affect which alien races attack the ship, other facts of her world seem to change too. Something is definitely off. It's up to you to discover!About the Author
Ryan North is a New York Times bestselling and Eisner-winning writer whose recent work includes the nonfiction books How to Take Over the World and How to Invent Everything, the semifictional graphic novel adaptation of Kurt Vonnegut's Slaughterhouse-Five, and the so-far-fictional Unbeatable Squirrel Girl series for Marvel. He's also twice collaborated with William Shakespeare on choose-your-own-path versions of his plays. He lives in Toronto, where he also writes for video games, television, and his long-running webcomic, Dinosaur Comics. He once messed up walking his dog so badly it made the news. When he's not watching entirely too much Star Trek, Chris Fenoglio is an artist, colorist, designer, and teacher of all things comic book. He can also muddle around enough on guitar to only be mostly annoying. He has worked on big franchises like Star Wars, Batman: The Animated Series, Goosebumps, The X-Files, Hello Neighbor, and Orphan Black as well as personal projects such as his webcomic Chris & Christina.Dimensions (Overall): 9.0 Inches (H) x 6.0 Inches (W) x .4 Inches (D)

I love Star Trek Lower Decks but kinda bummed that not many Star Trek Lower Decks’ graphic/comic books branching out from the now-cancelled tv series to continue the Lower Decks’ plotlines. This 2024 graphic novel is NOT the limited-issues recent (2023?) comic-book series/graphic novel that came out of Star Trek Lower Decks. This Warp Your Own Way is a “Choose Your Own Adventure” type book where multiple things can happen where you choose Mariner’s next steps. Mariner has multiple chances to changing the Cerritos’ fate but so far she doesn’t know the alternate steps (yet?). I only just started reading it so I can’t spoil it for you. It’s kinda cool to do a “Choose your own Adventure” book since I haven’t read this kind of book in a long time and… it’s Star Trek! Enclosed pictures of the covers and the first pages. Wild things happened on first adventure and 2nd I wondered how the next thing connected. I think I’m going to like this.
