Regarding your question about the Star Trek Voyager: The Complete Series (DVD)(2020): Yes all DVDs available at Target will either be region 0 or 1 (region unlocked or the region including the US). If they are unopened they can be returned. Open music, movies, video games and software cannot be returned, but may be exchanged at the store for the same title. Its not the content....its the box. How they ship the DVD's to you, is the problem. Look, you know if you like Voyager already. You most likely heard about the upscaling and such that was done for this release. All of that is good. But, it seems CBS has this issue where they want to make as much money as possible off of these complete series box sets as possible. To get to Disk 6 of season 1, you have to remove Disk 1, Disk 2, Disk 3, Disk 4, and Disk 5. THEN you can try and PRY out disk 6, and hope it does not snap in half. Just like every other disk before it. I had to buy other containers for my disks because the one they came in was SO POOR, that I had to spend more money to make sure they would not snap in half.
