In all honesty, I think making my own iced coffee has been better. The sweetened version required me to add a little more sweetener myself, and I typically don't like my coffee too sweet. The Black brew tasted the same but did not have any sweetener added. However, having these in my refrigerator was actually very convenient, so for the convenience factor, it is nice to have!

To make the perfect cold brew, I took equal parts coffee concentrate and cold water, gave it a stir and mixed in some half and half and zero calorie sweetener. I loved the rich flavor and low acidy of this concentrate, as well as the fact that I could make premium quality coffee at home with such ease. The unsweetened, signature black is endlessly customizable. I like to mix with water and a little creamer, or sometimes I'll mix it with milk to make it richer. I also enjoy adding my own cold foam on top! It is such a good base for a coffee creation you choose, and way faster than brewing your own coffee and waiting for it to chill. Easy, tasty, perfect!

Perfect for when you’re out of town and staying at a rental, where the beach or the mountains…it’s great to keep on hand. The only dislike is how difficult the packaging is to open. I did have issues with opening the bottle: the plastic film around the cap was brittle and instead of tearing off cleanly at the perforation, I had to break it off piece by piece.
