Starbucks Gingerbread Medium Roast Coffee - 11oz

Tastes disgusting. It has no flavor or depth. I made it with my Aeropress as I do all my other coffees, even tried it slightly stronger, and I can't taste any coffee-ness to it.

This is delicious I add in a little organic cinnamon to give it an extra kick.

Great Tasting Coffee. It exceeded my expectations.. the flavor of Ginger is wonderful in the Coffee. I add Cinnamon sprinkled on top. The best coffee. I wish I could drink it all year.

To the shoppers of target, please stop opening bags of coffee to smell them then attempt to reseal… you’re ruining them for the rest of us who aren’t as entitled or inconsiderate. I’ve never experienced this issue anywhere else but target. And multiple times at that. I purchased my first bag of gingerbread today. It’s delicious when prepared per latte instructions on the back. I use almond milk and light sweetener. No complaints. I try to stock up when they do BOGO. Seal in a gallon zipblock then put in the freezer until I’m ready for it.

Most of the bad reviews are by individuals who really need to resensitize their taste buds to flavor because they've clearly been numbed by excessive artificial flavors. This coffee absolutely has gingerbread flavor. In fact, the only understandable negative review is by the person who mentioned it being too much artificial flavoring. I adore the flavor of this coffee (this morning, I mixed a cup of it with 2tsp maple syrup and a quarter cup of heated whole milk, and it's identical to a half sweetened gingerbread latte at Starbucks), but I can sympathize with those whose tastebuds are averse to the unnatural (which this obviously is, but I've always had a soft spot for Starbucks gingerbread). To summarize: If you enjoy Starbucks's gingerbread latte, but you prefer it under sweetened like I do, this is probably a good option for you. If you prefer fully sweetened (and therefore fully artificially flavored) lattes, you probably won't like this. Lastly, if you typically don't get flavored lattes at all, this may be too flavored for you.

I have bought and brewed Starbucks seasonal coffees and this is my last time. I just went to Von's yesterday 10-28-2024 and saw their Gingerbread ground coffee. I thought it must have more flavor so bought it. I opened the bag and there was no scent at all, which is a bad sign. A good flavorful coffee should have a strong real (not artificial) scent and robust flavor. I am drinking this coffee now and there is absolutely no flavor, other than just medium roast. No Gingerbread scent or flavor at all. I had tried other seasonal coffees like Pumpkin Spice and same thing, no real flavors? Starbucks packaging looks nice, but their coffees are lacking. I think the only seasonal coffee that had some flavor was the Peppermint Mocha. I have bought and tried Dunkin Donuts Pumpkin Coffee (Pumpkin Pie on cover) and it is delicious and smells and tastes like a piece of Pumpkin Pie. From now on I will try the other Dunkin Donuts flavors. Starbucks coffee is overpriced with no flavor.

A bit too weak. Also, it smells like gingerbread but brewed it does not. The spices need to be stronger. But we'll enjoy it nevertheless.

I had Pumpkin Spice Flavor for Halloween and Thanksgiving! It was really spiced up flavor and I loved so much. So, I also give it try this one... which I ended up regret... Not much spice at all... I won't buy this any more...

I tend to like more spice flavors in my coffee, so I gave this a shot and it’s great. The flavor isn’t overwhelming, and it delivers on the spices. Definitely getting more this season.

Top 2 holiday coffees in my opinion. Couldn’t wait to be able to get it again. I tried other gingerbread coffees and they were all way too sickly sweet. This has the spice factor without being too sweet. Target has it for a better price than anywhere else I could find it. Love, love, love.

Missing Gingerbread Lattes and was hoping this would fill the void. It was not good, not at all like the old lattes (made with flavored syrup instead of flavored coffee). I am not that picky and enjoy a range of flavored coffees, but definitely did not like this one.

Garbage. It has this terrible artificial taste. I’m so mad I spent $$ on it. I love gingerbread and all the spices etc but this just isn’t good.

I quite like Veranda Blonde Roast Coffee. I buy it consistently and like the taste. This fall I had the Autumn blend. That was a great delight. For this coffee, I don't know if I got a bad batch. It tasted like overly roasted dark coffee with no flavor. Not even a hint of spice or sweet. I tried to brew it different ways and add different amounts of milk or creamer. That sort of burnt taste did not go away.
